Knowing how to create and manage a kitchen garden will cut down your grocery bill while increasing the ease of cooking dinner by allowing you to walk right out your back door to gather fresh ingredients. Keep your family fed with ingredients that you can have full confidence in, because you grew them yourself!
This class will be fun for the whole family. Bring the kiddos along so that they can learn to help tend the kitchen garden.
No experience required.
What's included
Tools necessary for the days projects. A water cooler for refilling bottles. Produce and livestock are provided for the class. Seeds and nessesary planting components will also be provided.
What's not included
We will have a jug for water, but please bring your own re-useable bottle.
Please bring your own gardening gloves if you wish to use them.
